Please read before booking
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We strive to accommodate all of our guests and politely ask that you give 24 + hours notice for all cancellations or scheduling changes. When we are given adequate time we can offer that appointment time to someone on our cancellation list. If we are not given 24+ hours notice we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the missed service total without exception.
We send e-mail or text confirmations when booking an appointment and a few days before as a reminder. Not confirming your appointment will not cancel your appointment. In order to cancel you must do so online or call us at 816.931.3030
*ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST GO THROUGH THE SALON AND NOT YOUR STYLIST*
NO SHOW POLICY:
If a guest fails to show up for a scheduled appointment we reserve the right to charge 100% of the missed appointment. Without notification we lose the opportunity to fill the space and time with someone else.
PARKING & ARRIVING:
We are located in Westport which means a constant hustle & bustle. Please give yourself a few extra minutes for parking so you can arrive on time, allowing your stylist the proper time with you. If a guest arrives more than 10 minutes late we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment resulting in a fee. If you are running late please give us a call and let us know as soon as possible.
SERVICE SATISFACTION:
At HAIR we are committed to providing you with the best services possible. If you aren’t loving your hair at the end of your service we ask that you let us know before leaving the salon. All redo service requests must be made within 48 hours of your appointment unless discussed with your stylist. This policy does not cover change of mind on style or color and only applies if a mishap takes place on our end.
We do not offer any refunds on services.
SALON ETIQUETTE + CHILDREN:
At HAIR we strive to create a comfortable & relaxing environment for our guests. Please limit the number of people you bring to the salon to a minimum. We have limited seating in our reception area and only allow 1 guest per stylist. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service.
If you plan to use your phone during your service please keep in mind that there are others around.
